Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TinyStep mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

TinyStep is a mobile application designed to help users build better habits, track progress, and achieve personal goals through consistent small steps.

• Habit creation and tracking management
• Progress visualization and statistical analysis
• Smart reminders and notifications
• Personal goal setting and management
• Data synchronization and backup

User Accounts

The App automatically creates an account for you when you first use it. You can modify your account information at any time through the app settings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• Maintain the security of your account and any authentication credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us certain rights to use, display, and distribute your content.

• You are solely responsible for your User Content
• Your content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the App for commercial purposes without permission

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TinyStep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged through your device's app store.

Subscription Products

• TinyStep Premium Monthly Subscription - $3.99/month
• TinyStep Premium Lifetime - $29.99/lifetime

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings
• If a subscription includes a free trial period, you will be charged automatically after the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• Refunds are subject to the App Store's refund policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice

Termination

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation or your use of it.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TinyStep be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
